Overview:
This steel factory is located in the dense and high flood risk area of Jakarta. There are three main concerns for this project, namely bright natural daylight, good natural ventilation and zero-maintenance. We solved these concerns through materials selection and design. The objective of the building is to increase productivity and to create a comfortable workplace, which leads to maximize efficiency. We utilise all no-maintenance required materials, such as stainless steel and clip lock facade. We took care of every details with deep research to avoid any high-maintenance materials.
